LMS, Videos, and Storyline 360

Hello,

I have some large videos (one is 612MB) within a Storyline course. My learners are having some issues when viewing the course on their phones. My LMS vendor says it's because we didn't compress the videos, but I see that's something Storyline itself does. With this limited information, what would be your next step in troubleshooting this?  TIA Sarah
