Hi Anne,
I have great news to share! We are no longer seeing this bug in our latest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.73.29831.0).
To make sure your software is up-to-date, please launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and select the Update button next to Storyline 360. I've included our step-by-step instructions here!

Update: this happened in more than one project. I uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline 360. The same happens. As soon as I click on the Tab Order button, it locks up the application and I have to end task.

You've confirmed that it's happening across projects and that a reinstall did not help, so based on your troubleshooting I've opened a support case on your behalf so that one of our support engineers can take a look.
