Login/Update Problems

I am having an issue through Articulate 360 Deskptop and the apps where it says I am not logged in and returns me to Desktop app.  I try to login and the login fails.  I have confirmed that the login info is correct as I can login to the web version fine.  FYI, this is happening for multiple logins (I have licenses through multiple companies) and multiple workstations.

I have not logged in the apps in a few months.

I have seen that the issue may be that the Desktop App needs to be updated, however, you have to be logged in to get to the updates. 

Does anyone have a direct path that I can install the updates from?  How would I reinstall Desktop app if needed as I cannot find a download link for that either.

Or any other help would be appreciated!
