the learning curve of any of the Storyline products is very steep.
The key is to look at as much as possible at others' examples, the demo's and of course the screenr's, They are better than any CD based training course. What helped me, and still does, is to read the messages on this forum. And I don't mean only the ones on better creating course, although also intersting, but the support forium. Reading about other users issues throws a different light on how problems are tackled. The answers given by experts are very valuable and will increasing your knowledge curve.
I would say don't let not having received any training stop you from trying, you'll be surprised on how fast you'll learn. I hope to see you often on this forum
Agree with Geert, I learn loads from these forums everyday. There are tons of screeners around, that you can also get the files for and see how it was done.
I would also look at the built in interactions and pull those to pieces to work out how they work. I never received any training in any of the software I use.
