I have a project with flv files with the alpha channel. When I publish the output, the flv files are being converted to MP4 format, and the transparency is being lost. I uncheck the Include HTML5 output checkbox when publishing.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I'm using Articulate Storyline 2 Update 4 Build 1501.717.
FLV alpha channel transparency isn't currently working in Articulate Storyline content. We're investigating the issue now and will post more information here as it becomes available.
