make sure your DPI is set to 96 and if that doesn't work here are some links to repairing SL - not sure which version you are running so here they all are ;-)
I was experiencing this as well. It has moved in Storyline 2 under the Controls button. I felt really foolish once I found it. :) Hopefully that's all you needed to do.

I'd agree with all Wendy's thoughts here - if you're looking for directions to change your DPI setting, please review this article.
