I'd agree with all Wendy's thoughts here - if you're looking for directions to change your DPI setting, please review this article. 

I was experiencing this as well.  It has moved in Storyline 2 under the Controls button.  I felt really foolish once I found it.  :)  Hopefully that's all you needed to do. 

Thanks Matt for sharing here - a good reminder that a few things did move location in SL2.
