Yes, you can add a hyperlink to the text of a marker. Probably best to use the Show All on Hover option for the marker, and that way you can set the link in either the title or description of the marker and the user can click on it. If you don't want to show all on hover, the user would have to click the marker first before being able to click a link in the title of the marker.
