Media Library Assets won't load

Hello,
I imported 38 audio files into the Media library and then added the caption files for each. When I go to insert an audio file on a slide, the insert audio clip is greyed out. It works some times and then not other times. I have tried saving, closing and re-opening and it works for a bit and then stops again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
If you're already working locally when making changes to your project file, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
