I am experiencing a lag when attempting to replace an image on the slide from the Media Library. Is anyone else experiencing this? This just started to happen.
I experienced the same from when I am running Storyline from a VM in my Macbook-- which is kinda old. But does not seem to replicate when I am working on my Windows laptop. I think it depends on the system I am working on. One thing I noticed is that everytime Media Library is pulled up, it runs a check on how many times a media file is being used within the project and does a cache on whether there's a newer version of the original file the media was imported from, it could be a little bit of job for the computer and I know my Macbook needs some upgrade.
Maybe it does have something to do with the VM. I am running Storyline on a VM. I have a brand new MacBook Pro with plenty of resources, so that can't be the reason. I will check on my Windows desktop and see if the same thing occurs.
I've come across the same issue from time to time, usually only in projects with a lot of big assets. Performance is an area we hope to work on and make improvements in the next couple months. Would you be able to share your project with me?

I tested it on my desktop with the same issue, so it has nothing to do with the VM.
