Media Library not accessible, yet can access content library

Hi all,
In one of our projects we are unable to access the media library, yet we can access the content library 360.
Other projects from the same computer can.
I've lodged a support request but no response yet - has anyone else had a similar problem? (a team member has the same issue - probably as we are sharing team slides).

Cheers,

kate

Hi Kate!

Sorry you've hit this snag! I see that you've started a case with our Support Engineers, and Eric is assisting. That's the right step to take with this type of error!

It looks like he responded to you via email, so I encourage you to continue troubleshooting with Eric in the case. I'll be following along to see what the fix is!

Hi - I have had no contact from Eric - how can I follow this up with him please? Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know, Kate.

I sent another reply to you just now. Please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders. The email will be from support@articulate.com and you may need to work directly with your IT team to track these down if they are being filtered out by your organization.

It also looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
