I have a course I created in Storyline 1 that is all in 1 scene. In the Menu tab on the player, I collapsed the menu under about 8 headings by clicking the triangle on the left, and there are indented items under the 8 headings. In the preview area, it shows that the menu is collapsed, and when I preview the project they are collapsed. However, when I publish it and load to my LMS, I see the entire menu and nothing in the menu is collapsed.
Unfortunately due to the nature of this presentation, I cannot post it here for help, but I'm hoping someone can give me guideance anyway.
Have you followed the steps here in regards to how to set up the menu and in terms of collapsing and expanding. Also if it's working in preview and not within the published version of your LMS you may also want to look at testing it within SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content.
