When go into the "Player > Menu" option, why is the Menu always shown with the sections expanded? I always close mine up and save, but whenever I (re)open the Player, they are expanded again. Surely it should save/display the option you previously chose? I'm sure it is saved OK, but I always re-save with sections closed, just to be safe.
Hi there Bruce! You're right, the menu should save the display option you chose, but it's not working correctly in Storyline 2. Is that the version of Storyline you're using?
We have reported this to our team, and we’ll continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.
I still use it for some projects where the client work was done in that
version.
It's not a big problem, but is something I've often wondered about.
