There isn't anything specific to Edge that would prevent playback, as it is one of the supported browsers for Storyline 3 content. You'll want to check that you're publishing with the latest update, Storyline 3, build 3.5.16548.0 and that you've uploaded to your LMS to play the course. Playing it locally could cause you to encounter various security restrictions. If you're not ready to upload to your live LMS environment, take a look at using SCORM Cloud to host and test content.
