Hi. I am struggling with a quiz that is part of a course published on our LMS. When the learner gets to the multiple choice questions, the question is displayed but the answer choices don't come up on their systems. This is despite it all appearing correctly in the published zipped content as well as when I view it on the LMS as a learner myself.
Does anyone know what may be causing this for the learners viewing the content?
When I hear problems like this, I look for two things. First confirm that you published the course locally. Then I ask which browser and version each of you are using. Confirm that the other learner's browser is updated and compatible with your LMS and Storyline. Good luck!
