I have encountered an issue when playing the HTML5 web version output of my storyline file in IE11.
I am not sure if anyone among you have experienced this but what happens is that when I open the html5 version using Explorer 11, nothing appears but a blank white screen.
I thought maybe updating to the latest Articulate Storyline version(version5) would fix the issue, but I still got the same result. I created a new file with one slide, containing some text and an image for testing purposes. I published and tested the html5 file again. And I still have the same blank screen appearing.
We currently support the HTML5 output within Google Chrome or Safari as documented here. So you'll want to point to the story.html version if you need to run the course in Internet Explorer as it has very limited support for HTML5 content.
