Module display is getting wrong on iPAD published on Ariculate(HTML5 output)

We have developed a very basic quiz module using Articulate story line 2 updated 9: 1605,1919(refer attachment).

Which is working great on PCs and Laptops but on iPAD the display is getting wrong(refer the attached doc)

Hi, Ashok -- Thanks for reaching out here and sorry to hear of your troubles! Did you intend to attach another document aside from the preview link you have shared? If so, please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box, or if you would be able to share your .story file itself, that would be helpful for testing.
