Lightbox slides on iPad using Articulate viewer

In a training module I have used a trigger to lightbox a Youtube video embedded (using embed code). I have published ticking all the boxes, including for iPad (I have iOS7.1). It works fine when the module is viewed on a PC but on the iPad, connected to the internet, the lightbox slide appears but the video is not visible and does not play. Can anyone advise what I am doing wrong please. Many thanks.
A different issue - the resources added throught the player do not seem to be available on the iPad version. Is this a common issue, or is it me?

Hi Errol,
The resources tab is not available within the Mobile player as indicated in this comparison chart.
It sounds like the YouTube video you embedded as a video from website? If so, you'll need to include it as a web object described here to play it within the HTML5 output or the Mobile player.
Many thanks Ashley. Pity about the resources tab but I will stop using it and put reources on a slide rather than in reources. Is it likely to be available in future releases?
I am changing the way I emebed videos in the courses I have written - your advice much appreciated. It takes a while to get to know the ins and outs, but I am assumng Articulate is working on making the iPad options seamless with the desktop/laptop versions.
Hi Errol,
I don't know if it would be included in future versions, but you'll want to share your thoughts on that feature with our team in the form of a feature requests.
Some of the differences with the iPad are in regards to how the content must be played in the HTML5 version vs. Flash, but feature parity is also a topic of regular discussion. In the meantime, the comparison chart helps identify the items that'll work or how they'll behave differently and you may also want to review the new articles here on how to optimize your content for HTML5.
