I am doing a software demo of a web-based software using the step by step method. As everybody knows, when viewing a web page the normal mouse cursor is an arrow. Moving move the cursor over a link changes the arrow to a hand as long as the cursor is positioned over the link.
However, when I record this in Storyline, the mouse cursor is shown as a hand way before it moves over the link.
You can edit screen recordings as described here. When inserting a step by step mode, the cursor does not change based on when the user clicks, so it begins in the position it will need to be in throughout the slide.
