I've seen a few questions and answers regarding the way cue points move and never seem to stay where you added them. Most of those questions are from around 4 years ago. I'm using Storyline 360 and it's happening to me. Have there been any advances on fixing this problem? Is there a way you can lock the cue point into place now?
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with cue points. I did a quick test on my end using the latest version of Storyline 360, but I was unable to observe any instances of cue points moving around to different locations in the timeline.
As a troubleshooting step, try doing a repair of Storyline 360 and let me know if this fixes the issue for you. Additionally, you'll want to make sure that you are working out of a local directory to prevent any unexpected behavior with your project files.
