I know that I have watched a storyline project with a moving spotlight effect that looks like a pair of binoculars. I can find the version of a stationary spotlight effect.
The difference with this example was the viewer moved the binoculars around the entire slide showing what was underneath. This was a kind of reveal and find effect and then the person could click the object to continue.
Does anyone know where that example is and how the effect was created?
