I have sent that information off to my website help desk. My website should play mp4. I do have youtube videos that play with no concerns. I also have another file that plays a video, however I am told by the person who created it that the video that plays is loaded differently from the one that does not play. If I have this right, the working file is loaded as Mp4 in an interactive section where the one that does not work is loaded as a flash.
However, it is an MP4 video file that I load through my ftp

Can you play ANY mp4 video that is hosted on your site? It may be that your site doesn't support the mp4 MIME type. Here is some info on this.
Hi Sarah! Looks like Michael is taking care of you here, but I wanted to pop in and welcome you to E-Learning Heroes
Thanks Michael, and hello Leslie

Hi Sarah! You could test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if it plays correctly there and perhaps that would help your help desk diagnose as well.
