I have created a course where an mp4 video plays automatically on the 4th slide. In preview mode everything works corretcly. Once published the mp4 plays audio only and no video. I have tested on both the LMS and from the storyline output folder.
I have ruled out server settings because another eLearning with an mp4 works correctly.
The only difference I've noticed between the mp4 t that works and the one that doesn't is that when imported into the project, the working mp4 has a "preview" with a still from the first second of the mp4.
Hi, Tom -- Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear of the difficulties that you are having here! May I ask if you have also tested your course published for LMS on the SCORM Cloud to see if you are finding the same behavior there, as well?
