I've recently published my latest project, which contained a couple of screen recordings (MP4 Files recorded within Articulate Storyline) and an animation (MP4 File built within Adobe After Effects). When I drop the 'Project Output Folder' into our testing environment, the whole project functions correctly, apart form the MP4 video files DO NOT display at all. Everything else stored on our testing server displays when pointed to, but not the MP4 video files?
There are a number of troubleshooting tips within this article about why your videos may not be playing in the published output, but I'd point you specifically to the bottom to ensure you have the proper mime types uploaded to your server.
