MP4 Video in New Browser does not show video controls Mar 29, 2015 By J.D. Allen Hello, I need to show an software simulation that was recorded using Captivate. I want the video to open in a new window when the user clicks on a button. I inserted the mp4 and selected the options to "Launch in a New Browser Window" and "Show Video Controls" When I publish and then view the project, the video opens in a new window, but there are no video controls. Please help me. Thank you.

Try to resize you navigator window. I had the same pb, the video control was at the bottom of the window but hidden by the window frame.
