Multiple Mp4 interactivity vidoes not playing Articulate Storyline 360

Hi Shashi!  I wonder if the browser is having trouble loading that course.

How are you hosting it (web, LMS, etc)?

What browsers and/or devices are being used to view it?

As of now we are hosting web. Later we are publishing LMS version also.

I am checking chrome browser and also need to work on IPAD and Tab.

we are using video size : 1920*1080.

Thanks for sharing that information Shashi. I'm curious, is the content not loading or is it just taking a while and you can see the buffering?

Articulate Storyline preloads published content in a specific order to make playback of your courses as smooth as possible. See this article for detail.

If the videos are not playing at all, I would be sure to check out this documentation for some troubleshooting tips.
