Hi Shashi! I wonder if the browser is having trouble loading that course.
How are you hosting it (web, LMS, etc)?
What browsers and/or devices are being used to view it?

As of now we are hosting web. Later we are publishing LMS version also.
I am checking chrome browser and also need to work on IPAD and Tab.
we are using video size : 1920*1080.
