multiple choice quiz

I have a MC quiz with four questions. I am in slide view, formatting the quiz (size, font, etc). One of the questions has somehow moved out of the quiz "box." I can see the question but cannot click on it...like it is part of the background. When I look at it in "Edit Multiple Choice" it looks fine. When I preview it it doesn't show the missing question. Does anyone know how I can get that question back into the quiz box?

Odd, and not sure why or how that can happen (not experienced enough yet!).
Could you not go in to the 'Edit Multiple Choice' - delete the option thats playing up, then re-add it? It should then be in the correct box?
