When I set a screen recording, it appears to be saving them at 25 fps instead of 30 fps. Any idea why that might be happening? Any way to get it back to the expected 30 fps?
A little more detail:
I'm using Storyline 2 on my Surface Pro 2 (Windows 8.1).
I'm recording material from the desktop and from an app we've created.
To test the frame rate, I publish in various formats and open the video files in either Quicktime or Premiere.
Storyline does publish at a rate of 30 frames per second, so I'm curious to see an example of the .story file with your recording so that we could look at how it publishes on our end as well. Was the screen recording done in Storyline or in another recording software? If you're unable to share here in the forums you can send along to our team here to check it out.

Thanks for the link. I'll go that route.
But to answer your question, I used Storyline to capture the screen video.
Thanks James :) I see where you have submitted your case (00548510) and you should be hearing from someone soon.
