[need advice] Storyline Stopped working.. cant open storyline

here's my screenshots
getting error everytime i try to open articulate linestory

so, then I tried the trial latest storyline 2 hope it will work
but it also fail

you might wanna see my articulate version.. both are the latest

I've checked and try the solutions from the forums before.. for example I tried this page articulate.com/support/storyline-2/unexpected-or-erratic-behavior-in-articulate-storyline-2

and other possible solutions..

but none of them worked..

Have you tried uninstalling all trace elements of the program and reinstalling, do you match the system requirements, have you tried a system restore to a time it worked/before install?

Hi Tsukikage! Is that your support case (00558018) that is in one of those images? If so, I see where you are working with Miker to get this resolved.

Told you before, I've done the procedures for win7 at that page.. but it wont work..

also already done a clean install..
