I have uploaded a scorm package into D2L. It goes in to D2L without issues, but when a participant clicks on it and then leave the page and tries to go back to it, it disappears. I have tried adding the next and previous button and then re uploading it, but it still happens. Has this happened to anyone before? I am at a loss, and ready to redo the whole project.
have you tried uploading the Scorm package to Scormcloud and see if it behaves the same. If it works in Scormcloud it is probably a setting in your LMS that needs tweaking - if it doesn't work in Scormcloud there may be something in the SL file. I'd try Scormcloud first to rule out before you redo the project - here is a KB article about uploading and testing in Scormcloud.
