I am trying to build a questionnaire that will allow the user to answer 10 questions with A or B responses. The responses will then tally up to tell them what type of personality they are.
Ex:
When I go to work:
A: I like to work alone as much as possible.
B: I like to work with my teammates as much as possible.
Results would tally:
You have an INTROVERT Personality or You have an EXTROVERT personality.
It includes a link to another tutorial on the same topic by Jeanette Brooks, and a link to a thread in this community where you can download the sample story.
Thank you so much for the help... I actually took the info and ran with it. I was able to put it together without a hitch after viewing the tutorials. Such a time saver!!

Hi Wendy,
Welcome to the community!
I created a tutorial (Screenr) that describes creating rating assessment surveys.
