Need Help with Identifying Colors & Effects Controlling Settings...

Hi, everyone. I have one color combination inside the Menu that I cannot fix, because I do not know which Colors & Effects setting is controlling what inside the menu.

The name of the slide being displayed is black text highlighted with a black bar (see attached pic). It's not in the Advanced Color Options Menu or Tab selection.

Does anyone know which settings control this highlight and/or text? Thanks in advance!
