The VLC Media Player works great. In looking it over and doing some more research on it, I also found a reference to another tool (Avidemux) that helped me fix two FLVs with their audio tracks out of sync: http://www.ehow.com/how_7201935_synchronize-flv-audio-video.html .

You could also try Shark Codecs and then your default player (Window Media player, etc) would play them.
I've been using it for a few years w/ no prob.
