Need to track by slide views but also submit quiz results

Hi, I don't know if what I need to do is possible, so I'd like some feedback.  

We have a compliance course that I need to set up with multiple tracks.  This means there are multiple quizzes at the end, all slightly different.  Since I can't set up tracking based on one results slide (since not everyone will go to the same results slide), I set up tracking by the number of slides viewed and calculated the number of slides viewed in the shortest track.  

The problem is, it doesn't seem to be submitting any quiz results to the LMS even though there is a "Submit Results" trigger on each results slide.  Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get around this issue?  Thanks!
