I have finished a course acknowledgement and I have noticed that the "next" button is "sticking" - it is taking around 5-6 click for it to respond and move to the next page. All other buttons are working properly. The trigger is set to "jump to next slide" when user clicks the "Next" button. How do I "unstick" the button - is there any virtual WD40!!
do you have your menu set to 'restricted' ? If so your users are at the mercy of when the timeline ends on your slides. Try shortening the duration and see if it makes a difference. Alternatively there is a workaround to the published output - just search the forum for a post by Bobbi Bailey

Hi Wendy
Thanks so much - yes, I was working with the menu settings. I've adjusted it and it is now unstuck.
Cheers
Geraldine
