Next button will not advance slide

I am having an issue getting the next button to advance a slide.  I've deleted and rebuilt the slide. I've copied everything in the troublesome slide and pasted it at the end of the previous slide that worked (at which point it stopped working). I've killed the next button and given a trigger to make the slide advance when media complete. I've killed the next button and had the slide advance when timeline complete.  Nothing I've tried will work and I'm at a loss as to how to get the project to advance.  If I delete the slide and go from the previous slide to the follow on slide the project flows.  Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Allen, could you describe where the slide (should) go next?  is the next slide in the same scene?  May be obvious but easy to miss when developing, if next slide is in a new scene - need to remember to use jump to scene trigger or if using jump to slide trigger need to specify actual slide by number (i.e. not just next slide, even if it is the first slide in the next scene).

If this is not it, uploading your file certainly would help
