I am exporting two Storyline 360 files for the web.
One file exports (export to web) and works fine. I change no setting and export the second file and the audio will not work (also export to web). On the computer and the storyline feedback website the audio works fine.
In the export folder all the audio files are 1kb. For both projects the audio was all recorded in articulate.
Where are you testing the course that you don't hear the audio? I published it for web and upload here to my Amazon S3 Account and the audio played back normally for me in Chrome.
Can you give that a test and let me know if you're not hearing the audio?
