I have published a course for Web and have included HTML5 output (but did not select to "Use Articulate Mobile Player"). I have uploaded the published files to our web server but I am having issues viewing the content on an iPhone. I've included an image of the screen below. Any suggestions or ideas to help troubleshoot are much appreciated!
*Note - audio does play and I am able to press previous/next and use the menu, but nothing ever appears on screen.
Hi! Thank you for your response. I am using Storyline 2 (Update 5: 1505.515). I am running iOS v10.0.2 (although - the module functioned this way on other devices as well - another iOS device and I believe an android tablet). The content on the first slide is just an image on screen with text (no audio on this slide - but there is audio on all subsequent slides).
Here is a link to preview the module - this is the link we used that gave issue. I have also tried uploading to my local (developer's) FTP and had the same issue: http://intellivisit.com/learn/story.html

Thanks, Samantha! First you'll want to update Storyline to the most recent version (we're on Update 12), then republish.
I published a sample of your file using Storyline 2 Update 12, and it worked well on my iPhone iOS 10.3.1. Give this link a try on your device, and let me know if it works for you, too.
Hi Alyssa, I'm so sorry that I'm just getting back to you -I was out of the office for the last 1.5 weeks. I just updated Storyline and republished and it seems to be working well. Thank you so much for your help!
