I received a Storyline file from a client with audio embedded in each of the slides. However when I play the screen, launch the audio editor or export the audio, I do not hear any sound.
Can anyone tell me if you hear the audio? I'd like to rule out if its my system or if it's the file.
If it is the file, any ideas on how I can recover the audio?
I am also able to hear the audio in the .story file you provided. If it's only Storyline 2 that you're not hearing audio through on your system, I would suggest trying a repair on your software and see if that clears up this unexpected behavior :)

Hello Claudine, thanks for providing a sample file, very helpful.
I am able to hear audio when I open and preview the file, as well as hear audio in the audio editor.
You may want to double check the computer you're using and make sure you don't have a problem going on there.
The .story file seems to be ok.
