No sound when playing a preview video

I have observed several topics with similar problems without finding answers; perhaps a topic gathering the answers provided by the users and the staff were created, I do not know.
For my case, I am on Articulate Storyline 3, and the types of videos inserted in preview in my slides do not emit any sound, although they are viewable.
Whether videos imported from my computer in different formats, or videos from a website, or videos made by webcam directly.
On the other hand, when the plan is published it works. . .

Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this, but glad to hear that it is working as expected in the published output.
We did have a previous issue that was related to Flash Player.

I followed the tutorial but it does not change anything during the preview ; however, the most important thing is that it works once the activity is exported.
