When I record just audio in SL, the sound is perfect, but when I capture a video of my screen while recording audio, the audio will have some choppy parts or unnecessary breaks in it. I do not have anything on my computer open except for storyline when I record these screen capture videos with sound. Are others having this problem?
Sorry you're having trouble with the audio. Out of curiosity, have you tried recording and checking the audio with your screen recording in a different, new Storyline file? It's possible the current file you're working on has some kind of corruption that's affecting the audio.
I have created several different courses and this issue has happened every time with the screen recordings. It does not happen when I just record audio in SL.
Thanks for the additional information. If it's occurring with every presentation that contains screen recordings and audio, we may need to take a closer look at what's going on. If you can, please provide your project file (or a new file where the issue has been reproduced) on the second page, so we can test the recordings.
