If you have a trigger show layer 1 when timeline starts on base layer and your audio is on the first layer with no trigger to stop audio on layer when timeline starts then it will start straight away.
Perhaps if you describe exactly what you want to happen including where the audio is located and how the user gets to a layer and closes a layer - alternatively upload your .story file and let me know what you want to happen.
actually, the frame audio started with layer 1. however, the client added
audio to the base layer later. So. I want the base layer audio to play
first and then the audio for the layer 1 should start.

Hi Chetana what triggers do you have on the base slide to get to the layers and what triggers on the layers for the audio
Hi Wendy,
Thanks for the prompt reply.
I have used " show layer; when timeline starts".
Please let me know if I need to provide any other information.

Is the audio on the base layer or the layer?

Thanks Wendy.
Will get back to you after looking into it.
