Not allowing me to preview my slide

I have a few text-boxes, a caption, image, audio file, and an mp4 video (10 sec) on this slide. Every time I try to press play on the timeline to preview the slide I get the error message in the image below. Same thing happens when I try to preview the slide or the entire project. I am able to play and preview all other slides. Not sure why this is working. I've already restarted the app, next step will be to restart my computer. My initial thought is the mp4 might be corrupt but I was able to preview with the mp4 before now, so not sure.

Thanks for contacting us and sharing what you are experiencing in your project.
It sounds like you were able to narrow it down to a specific slide.
The next step may be to hide all of the items on the slide, preview, unhide item, preview, and etc until you are able to identify the culprit.
If you need help with this, then with your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
