not reporting complete

Hi 

I wondered if anyone has experienced this when using moodle/tata LMS

I have 4 modules on the LMS - 2 were built with Rise and 2 were built using storyline.

In testing completion rates the rise courses are completing but the storyline modules are not completing.

I am working remotely and my collegues are also testing and no one is experiencing these issues 

just thought I would see if anyone had any suggestions
