Note separator at wrong location

Hello E-learning Heroes,
I hope you can help me with one annoying glitch of Storyline 2.
As you can see from the attached screenshot when i have long name of the slide the separator between that name and the notes is on a wrong place. The file is on Japanese and at the beginning i though it is because of the Asian characters, but as you see with Latin letters it is the same.
There is a way to "reset" the location of that line if you click on any other tab and get back to "Notes", but this is not working for me. I would like this to be alright at initial loading of the course.

A little update about this problem.
No mater the language/skin interface this problem is always present.
You can create a 1 slide project with long enough name of the slide to fall in to 2 or more lines and they will be cut off to a line and a half height during the initial loading of the course. After tabbing everything is fine.
Hi, Yanko -- Yes, that does appear to be a peculiar problem. I think it would make the most sense at this point if you could go ahead and submit your file to our Support Team using this link so they are able to investigate the issue more closely.
