Not sure if this is a known issue with Storyline 2, but I couldn't find it being covered when I ran a search in the community discussions. I'm having a problem where the Notes (transcript) tab is showing a separator bar overlap on the first visit to this tab--as if the program is trying to force the Notes title to be only one line in length.
However, if I click the Menu tab and then return to the Notes tab for a revisit, the separator bar snaps into its correct place to accommodate the two-line Notes title. Is there a way this can be fixed so that initial visits won't cause the separator line overlap?
Thanks for bringing this up, Michelle. We're seeing the same thing, specifically that longer slide titles are cut off by the separator bar when the Notes tab in the side panel is in a location other than 1st tab.
We're keeping an eye on this bug to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses. The number of customers and depth of impact are two of the elements that help us prioritize bugs and fixes.

We are also facing this issue. This issue occurs for the first time when the learner jumps to that particular slide directly from the menu. When learner refreshes the page or revisit, the issue will not be there. Any update on when this issue will be fixed.
If you open a course, then access a random page from the menu (without clicking Next from the page), then open the Notes tab, the page title on it appears misaligned. This misalignment disappears if you click next and go to a different page, and then come back to the page.
So sorry your learners are running into this, too. This bug was was originally reported for Storyline 2--is that the version of Storyline you're using?

I am facing this problem in Storyline - 3 also. Please refer the attached image. When the audio text is scrolled up, it is overlapping with the separator line. Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue?
Thanks for that screenshot. That looks to be a little different than the bug that was originally reported. It looks like the notes tab separator line is moved down into the notes text area.
I tried recreating this in a new Storyline 3 file, but I still need your help. You can have a look at my test file here. Could you share a sample of the file that is giving you trouble?
Thank you for your response. We are still experiencing this issue, but our programmer found a temporary workaround. He worked on the following files to resolve this issue.
1. html5\lib\stylesheets\main.min.css
2. search “.is-desktop .panel-relative-hr” and change “top:1em” to “top:0.5em”
