Thanks for reaching out here. How are you viewing the published output?
If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, make sure to upload it to the environment for which it was published. For instance, if you were to Publish for Web you'll want to upload the published output to a web environment to properly test it.
If you're uploading your published course to it's intended environment and still seeing this issue, would you mind sharing your .story file here so we can take a closer look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread.
The course will ultimately be published to an LMS. But until it's ready, I've been using the CD version so I can share it with others while we finalize it. (Adding the Notes is the final step.) I'm not sure how else to view it while we're in development. Are there local settings I can change to display it more accurately?
We usually recommend using SCORM Cloud for testing LMS courses, as it's the industry standard. Try publishing for LMS, zipping the published output, and uploading to SCORM cloud and let me know if you still see the notes not appearing. You can also attach your .story file in a comment here and I would be happy to test it as well.
Eric- I think I may have found the problem! The slide you sent does not have Notes selected in the Slide Properties panel in Story View. This is a setting that can be turned on and off based on slide, so make sure any of the ones you aren't seeing the Notes appear in have that selected. See the screenshot below for reference.

Thanks. Let's start with the .story file while I look into SCORM cloud...
Hi Eric, would you mind attaching the .story project file itself? That link appears to point to an html file.
Sorry, I'm having internet troubles. Stay tuned.
In the meantime, I've found that the Notes appear on some screens but not others. Is that a clue?
I've excerpted one slide, attached.

Duh, it's always the simple stuff! Thanks, so much, Ali!
