Hi, the notes on the player, regardless of player style DO NOT APPEAR. I'm working on an Accessible eLearning module, updating an earlier eLearning to be accessible.
I went to a Storyline file from 3 years ago with notes, which DOES NOT APPEAR. I'm up to date on my storyline updates.
I created a brand new Storyline that I've attached. It only has one slide. I can't see the notes.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you're experiencing. I tested the file you attached and I can also see the Notes. When you say the Notes do not appear, do you see the Notes option with nothing in the box below, or are you seeing something different?

If this is happening with every file, I would recommend trying a Storyline repair. If that doesn't do the trick, I'd like to connect you with one of our talented Support Engineers for further troubleshooting!
I see it now. Sorry, I wasn't clear in my response. Again, it was weird because I tried everything. I'm just glad it is working.
