The Notes in a question bank are NOT displaying in the player after publishing a project. They do display when previewing the slide, scene, and project.
To be certain that we're following the proper steps to reproduce your problem, would you mind submitting a Support Case and including a copy of your .story file? ...and just in case we are unable to replicate the problem in our environment, a screen recording of what you are seeing would be extremely helpful as well.
