Hi - I developed a new course and used a few different templates from pre-existing courses. I have a few slides where I can see the notes in the preview pane (below the slide). When I publish, they are not in view. When I preview the lesson, I see the notes on the side panel. When I publish, those few slides no longer display notes in the side panel.
I read that in SL2, the notes are updated on the slide - no other setting. I've tried all of this. I see the notes in Preview, but not in publish.
Thank you for the suggestion - it is a larger file. I decided to just submit the file to Articulate support. Sometimes the notes display in the panel and then sometimes they do not - I did use two different templates, but I can't see how that might have created the problem.

can you share the .story file - might be easier to help you troubleshoot if we can see the setup. Just make a note of the slides with the issue.
