Number of mastery score tag error

Hi there,
I have been using Articulate Storyline 2 for 2 weeks and have struck an issue.
Firstly I am extremely inexperienced with any coding etc. I have built a course for a client and have SCORMed a course onto their LMS and am at the final stage to submit the content to their developers however there is one error code coming up as per picture displayed.
I have been advised to fix the code using the following steps..
1. In the unzip file
2. click on 'Imsmainfest' file
3. Search and Delete the complete line which has 'Master'
4. Save the 'Imsmainfest' file
This is however not fixing the error.
Would anyone have any advise on how to fix this?

Hi Vanessa and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Are you able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud or is this limited to your LMS?
Hi Leslie,
Thank you for your response. It seems to be running fine in SCORM cloud as per the attached picture? The clients LMS is a SABA Cloud if this is of any assistance? When I test it in their LMS it works fine, I then have to complete a "content submission and validation" which is the final step, which I am unable to complete due to the Number of Mastery Score tag :(
i am not sure if I am removing the Mastery Score tag incorrectly, I have literally delete the whole line in the imsmanifest. I have highlighted the line I am deleting in the below image, however when I try and add the zipped course with edited manifest into SABA it say "Failed to import course" and "failed to import manifest" as per picture below.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi Vanessa!
Thanks for letting me know that the content is working as expected in SCORM Cloud and that the issue is limited to your LMS.
I've seen this issue previously mentioned before by Saba users here, but modifying the published output is not something we support.
The following may be of assistance as well:
You may find that Articulate Storyline SCORM 1.2 content is never marked Completed or Passed in a Saba learning management system (LMS). Saba uses cmi.core.exit differently than most other LMSs, which prevents content from registering completion. Here's how to correct it.
Hi there,
Thank you for the help. I have realised that the issue was incorrectly Unzipping and Zipping the file. I did not know about the issue of passing or not passing in SABA so will tend to this as well to prevent this happening in the future for their users.
Thanks again
Thanks for popping in with an update Vanessa! Glad you were able to get it sorted.
